Thats either brilliant teamwork, or just plain dumb

Ever known of someone who has tried to place the blame on someone else after their mistakes? Well, what about cops doing the same thing? Not just one either, but in fact 4, 3 of which weren’t there at the time, but were happy to help out the veteran – not even a newbie – Policeman. The policeman, Joel Francisco, crashed into the car of Alexandra Torrensvilas and radioed the others to help bail him out. After interviewing the woman, they found out she had been drinking, and thought up a story putting her in the wrong, and placing the officer in the right by claiming that he was distracted by a – you’ll never guess – CAT. Fine. There one downfall wasn’t the weak story, they made sure to rehearse lots, but was the fact they left the camera in the inside of the car on, catching there whole conversation. Class.

Metroid + Halo? Pretty decent.

Thanks to the guys at Rooster Teeth, I discovered this animation by Monty Oum, with a combination of Halo and Metroid. The actual animation is amazing, and so is the choreography, and creates a pretty nice piece, and an escpecially nice concept. You can see it below.

In other news, I updated the banner. The black looked all lonely on its own, so I gave it some friends. And some self-advertising. Woot.

Port Forwarding and DMZ

There is something wonderful out there. It can speed up various devices on your network (like a 360 or pc) and alow you to connect to everyone, whereas before you couldn’t. portforward.com tutorialises you on portforwarding, and to DMZ, type your devices ip into its form box on your routers config page (explained in the static ip guide on portforward.com). It really is that simple! Took me 10 mins, and i haven’t had the tiniest bit of lag on my 360 online. Piece of cake.
