Wow. I went into school that day looking forward to a evening of music. I came out with a T-Shirt, wristband, water down my front where the singer had been chucking it on us and a fucked up ear due to being 10 foot from the stage. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. Southampton 23rd November. One of the best evenings of my life so far…

*EDIT* I swear that is me. And yes, I have an Afro and was wearing a wristband on the right wrist on that night.

Biig TV. Loud Homecinema. Film Heaven.

Blueray is brilliant. Every hair on the protagonists head is crystal clear. Every death is visceral with the sound deep enough to make you feel you are there taking the damage. In short, get it. You will not be disappointed.

Down to the fiddlies now. My setup is … (PAINT TEIM!)

That was good wasn’t it! Long story short, there was a lot of money involved in this. But the quality is worth every penny. I won’t be on it all the time if you play 360 against me, just when I want to! It is awkward looking at a different part of the 42″ screen to see how much ammo is left in your gun…

We’re still here

Well, it’s been along time, but we are still here.

There are many images on the internet of exam answers that mainly include drawings of random characters, notably a TMNT and Batman, but my favourites are when the marker fight back, like this little gem I stole from Halolz.com, visible after the jump. (Heh, professional words are cool ^^)

Blog Revival. And, Windows 7

22 11 2009

Wow, First Blog post in ages for me, and first blog post in a month for everyone else. And i thought everyone was way more organized than me!

Anyway, onto the matter at hand, WINDOWS 7. I cannot tell you how much i love this operating system. This comes from a person who has used a OSX for a suitable amount of time, XP (how i learnt all i knew about computers), Ubuntu (Fun as hell to work with, and one of my favorites) and Vista(meh, its okay, not my favorite, but ok).

Windows 7, is most defiantly what Vista wanted to grow up to be, its like Vistas athlete super brainy brother. Yes, the task bar is still in the Vista style. Yes, Windows Aero is still here. But the Specs are now significantly lower, i.e any machine that struggles XP should take 7 and gobble it up in no time at all. Also, you can attain a whole four months of trial period out of your 7 distribution by using a rearm command:

(Any of these 4);

sysprep /generalize

slmgr.vbs –rearm

rundll32 slc.dll,SLReArmWindows

slmgr /rearm

Micro$oft know about these commands, and are completely happy with you using them. On a level of higher mischievousness, you can remove the activation altogether by using a simple tool called RemoveWAT (google it).
